Years ago, Hana took the oath of celibacy as a Sworn Virgin in order to live life as a man, named Mark, in the mountains of Albania. After traveling to visit his sister in Italy he now wants to reclaim his sexual identity as Hana and rediscover life as a woman in Milan.
